Vandecarb Consulting Inc. (“Vandecarb”, “we”, “us”) is a British Columbia-based advisory practice. We are accountable for personal information we collect under the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
We collect personal information you provide voluntarily, including:
- Name, email, organization, and message content submitted through our contact form.
- Calendar booking details when you schedule a call through our booking provider.
- Aggregate, non-identifying analytics from our analytics provider (Plausible).
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for a potential engagement, and operate this website.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
Storage and retention
Contact submissions are delivered to info@vandecarb.ca. We retain records for as long as they are relevant to an active or prospective engagement. You may request deletion at any time.

We use the following processors:

- Cal.com or Calendly (call scheduling, when used)
- Plausible Analytics (privacy-respecting site analytics)
- Vercel (web hosting)
